提醒：
1.若指導教授要擔任口試委員，記得將指導教授加入口試委員名單。
2.口試委員若開車入校，請提早告知系辦管小姐車號，以利設定免費停車。If external committee members drive to the campus, inform the department office(Miss Guan) of their license plate numbers to arrange parking discounts or obtain free passes from the department office.
3.附件一第9條文件送交系辦林小姐審核後，系辦方可進行口試費清冊報支。
4.領取畢業證書當日，請先至系辦找林小姐辦理線上離校檢核，再至註冊組領取證書，以便系辦控管論文指導費清冊送校，謝謝配合！
